The Oslo Impro Festival is a community festival hosted by Impro Neuf. From October 9th-15th, 2023, we will have an incredible week of live improv comedy. We will have over 30 teams from around the world performing, all bringing their unique style and humor to our festival. In addition to our amazing shows, we also offer workshops taught by some of the best improvisers in the world
Our community is passionate about improv comedy and creating a space for improvisers from all over the world to come together, learn from each other, and perform in front of enthusiastic audiences. We believe in the power of improv to bring people together and create unforgettable experiences.

FIFTH ANNUAL IMPROVISED COMEDY FESTIVAL
LAXMI PRIYA
Laxmi is a seasoned theatre performer and facilitator with an extensive background in Playback Theatre. She performs with The Adamant Eves (India’s first all-female improv company) and is a co-founder of citylamps Playback Theatre. She has spent over a decade refining her craft, seamlessly merging life experience and theatre to create meaningful improvised scenes for the soul.
A graduate of Interdisciplinary humanities from the Manipal Centre for Philosophy and Humanities, she has facilitated spontaneous theatre-based processes and training since 2014. Her training modules focus on the theatre-based answers for making a work environment more suitable to work and play and for encouraging creativity and critical thinking in young learners.
