Father Elephant is a team that blends character-driven play with loose narrative structure and a touch of chaos. They dive into evolving stories that build momentum through game of the scene and bold heightening. Each performance is a ride through strange yet compelling worlds, navigated with energy, spontaneity, and fearless commitment.
Petunias were originally seeded behind the iron curtain, each in their own country, that is to say in Poland and Hungary. After the curtain dropped and their pots were getting too tight they got exported to Oslo, Norway in different curious ways. The show starts with a monologue based on the audience`s associations to Eastern (or Central) Europe and who knows what happens next?????
Breakfast at Tøyen serves up an unpredictable and playful improv. Just like a good breakfast, we are full of surprises! We are seven energetic improvisers who found each other through Tøyen Impro, and while we’re new to the stage, we bring a delightful mix of spontaneity, creativity, and pure joy. Our show is a playful journey where anything can happen.
Far and the rest of the family: Directors commentary Sit back in your most comfortable chair, bring out the popcorn, and watch the director's commentary for your favorite movie that has not yet been made. The director and actors will give the backstory for all the weird scenes from the movie, while the scenes are improvised live by the performers. Will it be a wholesome family movie, a chilling horror story, or a romantic comedy? Join us in creating the live version of your favorite director's commentary DVD - complete with real-time commentary, input and behind-the-scenes analysis from both the cast and the interviewer (that's you, the audience!).
If These Walls Could Talk is an improvised comedy duo starring Adrian Mackinder and Sarah McGillion. Each show begins with a single object from the audience, inspiring a cascade of spontaneous scenes filled with dynamic characters, sharp dialogue, and emotional depth. Together, they explore the relationships, histories, and moments tied to the object, revealing the stories it could tell if it could talk. Their strong connection and years of experience make every performance funny, surprising, and entirely unrepeatable.
Couch are a long-form improv team from Glasgow. They were the first Glasgow Improv Theatre house team for Glasgow Harold Night, a show which has recently enjoyed it's 10th anniversary. They have also been seen at Improv F*cktown, and Improv Cage Match. Their members have trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, and have performed at festivals such as DCM in New York and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Couch perform regularly as part of the Glasgow Improv Theatre and have their own monthly show "Couch Surf" which currently takes the form of "Couch Surf's the Web". We've performed together for years and individually have over a decade of experience in improv. The idea behind the show is to take legitimate, sometimes petty, complaints from real tourists and use them as ideas for a long-form montage of scenes. The complaints are often unjustified and lead to some bizarre characters with unique points of view, and we've found that the audiences love to hear people's angry reviews of holidays gone wrong.
Inspired by the poem Fern Hill by Dylan Thomas and Michael Bird’s “Bird and Friends: Cosmic Unity” (NYC), Faustino presents the Cosmic Jam, in which he performs based on how the universe changes around him. Faustino is not allowed to leave the stage, but anyone and anything and enter and exit as they please.

What if the voice in your head belonged to a room full of strangers? That’s the question Bubbly Thoughts explores through fast-paced, narrative long-form improv. Grounded scenes and real characters spiral into delightful chaos as audience-provided “bubbly thoughts”—emotions, secrets, and random phrases—suddenly pop into characters’ minds mid-scene. And they have to act on them. No matter how weird. No matter how true. The result? Twisted tales full of comedy, conflict, and curveballs.
This is what happens if you mix clown, mime, silent movies and commedia dell´arte. No knowledge of any language is necessary.
Live improv - improving lives since 2025! We are a new improv group consisting of experienced improvisors. We use Armando as the base of our show, using monologues in between scenes to inspire the scenes. We love improv and can't wait to hopefully make our OIF debut as a team!
Underground Funeral Service is a darkly comedic and thought-provoking improvisational show about two funeral transport agents on a mission to retrieve the deceased. With a mix of humor and gravity, the performance unfolds based on audience input, exploring the themes of life, death, and the unexpected moments that shape us. Featuring live improvisation, unique props, and an actual body bag, this show challenges the boundaries of comedy and drama. It's a journey through the absurdity of life and death, where the lines between the two are always blurred.
A show inspired by the BBC TV series Ghosts and built on the bones of the popular Close Quarters format. Performers will play ghosts from various eras who have essentially been room mates for centuries as they continue to haunt the location where all of them met their end. Expect some wildly exciting period costuming choices! The Show is created and directed by Chris Mead, a renowned improv director, performer and teacher from the United Kingdom. This performance will feature an international cast and be performed in English.
In the twisted world of Krim de le Nøff, no one is safe—but everyone is suspicious! This murder mystery improv troupe dives headfirst into deadly drama, spinning webs of deceit, envy, betrayal, secrets, lies and alibis. Expect brutal interrogations, cover-ups and dastardly motives. The detective, along with the audience, is tasked with unveiling the guilty one among us. If you like your comedy dark, your stories warped, and your improvisers unhinged … you won’t want to miss this killer show!
